Terms of Service — Warwall Heroes

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SOCIAL ECO (M) SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202101041481 (1441781-A)) (“we”, “us”) for your use of Warwall Heroes (战墙英雄) on TikTok Mini Games, Google Play and our related services (the “Game”). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age required by the platform you play on (TikTok or Google Play). If you are under 18, you may make purchases only with the consent of your parent or guardian, who is responsible for them. On TikTok your progress is linked to your TikTok account; on Android it is linked to your device until account linking is available. Please keep your device and platform account secure.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the Game, including its characters, artwork and software, belong to us or our licensors.
3. Virtual currency and items
Diamonds, recruit tickets, heroes, items and other virtual content (“Virtual Items”) are a limited licence for use within the Game only. Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the Game, and cannot be sold, traded or transferred to another account. We may manage, adjust or remove Virtual Items where needed to run the Game fairly (for example, to correct errors or reverse fraud).
4. Purchases
- You can buy Virtual Items through TikTok (paid with TikTok Beans) or Google Play. The contents and price are shown before you confirm. Payment is handled by the platform and is subject to its terms.
- Real money never directly buys a random result. Recruit tickets and diamonds can be used for hero recruitment, which gives random results; the odds and the guaranteed (“pity”) counters are shown in the Game before every recruitment.
- Purchased items are normally delivered immediately. If an item has not arrived, reopen the Game; if it still has not arrived, contact us with the order number shown in your purchase history.
- The Ad-Skip Monthly Card is valid for 30 days from purchase. Its daily reward must be claimed on each day; unclaimed days cannot be claimed later. It does not renew automatically.
- Except where required by law or by the platform’s refund policy, purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Refund requests are handled by TikTok or Google Play under their policies. If a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, we may remove the Virtual Items delivered for that purchase, which may make your diamond balance negative until it is restored. Repeated or abusive refunds may lead to suspension.
6. Fair play
You must not cheat or use bots or automation; modify, hack or reverse-engineer the Game or its save data; exploit bugs (please report them to us); commit payment fraud or refund abuse; or interfere with our servers. If you break these rules we may remove Virtual Items, reset progress, or suspend or end your access.
7. Rewarded ads
Some rewards are available by watching an optional video ad. Ad availability may vary, and the reward is given only when the ad is completed.
8. Cloud save
When you are online, your progress is backed up to our servers. If two devices have different progress, the Game will ask which one to keep. We are not responsible for progress lost because of device failure, uninstalling the Game or clearing app data before a backup, but we will help where we can.
9. Changes to the Game and termination
We may update, change or discontinue features, content or the Game. If we permanently shut down the Game, we will give at least 30 days’ notice in the Game and stop selling Virtual Items before the shutdown.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you spent on purchases in the Game in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and we will tell you in the Game about material changes. If you continue to play after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are provided in English and Chinese. If there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.

本服务条款（「本条款」）是你与 SOCIAL ECO (M) SDN. BHD.（公司注册号 202101041481 (1441781-A)，下称「我们」）之间关于你在 TikTok 小游戏、Google Play 及我们的相关服务上使用《战墙英雄》（「本游戏」）的协议。游玩本游戏即表示你同意本条款和我们的隐私政策；如不同意，请不要游玩。
1. 资格与账号
你必须达到所用平台（TikTok 或 Google Play）规定的最低年龄。未满 18 岁的玩家须经父母或监护人同意才能购买，相关购买由父母或监护人负责。在 TikTok 上，你的进度与 TikTok 账号关联；在安卓上，推出账号绑定功能之前，你的进度与设备关联。请妥善保管你的设备和平台账号。
2. 使用许可
我们授予你个人、有限、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，仅供你个人非商业娱乐之用。本游戏的一切权利，包括角色、美术和软件，归我们或我们的授权方所有。
3. 虚拟货币和道具
钻石、招募券、英雄、道具及其他虚拟内容（「虚拟道具」）仅是在本游戏内使用的有限许可。虚拟道具没有货币价值，不能兑换现金或游戏外任何有价物，也不能出售、交易或转让给其他账号。为公平运营本游戏（例如更正错误或撤销欺诈所得），我们可以管理、调整或移除虚拟道具。
4. 购买
- 你可以通过 TikTok（用 TikTok Beans 支付）或 Google Play 购买虚拟道具，确认购买前会显示内容和价格。付款由平台处理，并受平台条款约束。
- 真实货币永远不会直接购买随机结果。招募券和钻石可用于英雄招募，招募结果是随机的；每次招募前游戏内都会公示概率和保底计数。
- 购买的道具通常即时到账。如未到账，请重新打开游戏；仍未到账的，请凭购买记录中的订单号联系我们。
- 免看广告月卡自购买起有效 30 天，每日奖励须当天领取，未领取的天数不能补领，不会自动续费。
- 除法律或平台退款政策另有规定外，购买一经完成即不可退款。
5. 退款与拒付
退款申请由 TikTok 或 Google Play 按其政策处理。如某笔购买被退款、撤销或拒付，我们可以收回该笔购买发放的虚拟道具，这可能使你的钻石余额暂时变为负数。反复或恶意退款可能导致账号被暂停。
6. 公平游戏
你不得作弊或使用外挂、自动脚本；不得修改、破解或反向工程本游戏或其存档；不得利用漏洞（发现漏洞请告诉我们）；不得进行支付欺诈或恶意退款；不得干扰我们的服务器。违反这些规则的，我们可以移除虚拟道具、重置进度，或暂停、终止你的使用。
7. 奖励广告
部分奖励可通过观看可选的视频广告获得。广告是否可用可能有所不同，只有完整观看广告后才会发放奖励。
8. 云存档
联网时，你的进度会备份到我们的服务器。如果两台设备上的进度不同，游戏会让你选择保留哪一份。因设备故障、卸载游戏或在备份前清除应用数据而丢失的进度，我们不承担责任，但会尽力协助。
9. 游戏变更与终止
我们可以更新、更改或停止部分功能、内容或本游戏。如本游戏永久停止运营，我们会至少提前 30 天在游戏内通知，并在停服前停止出售虚拟道具。
10. 免责声明与责任限制
本游戏按「现状」和「现有」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接或衍生损失负责；我们就任何索赔对你承担的全部责任，以你在索赔前 6 个月内在本游戏中的购买金额为限。本条款不排除你依据《1999 年消费者保护法》或其他不可排除的法律所享有的权利。
11. 适用法律
本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，争议由马来西亚法院管辖。
12. 条款更新
我们可能会更新本条款，届时「最后更新」日期会改变；如有重大变更，我们会在游戏内通知你。变更后继续游玩即表示你接受更新后的条款。
